In a country far, far...not so far away, Colin Clutterbuck is brutally arrested and held captive by the local Intelligence Agency.

Angered by the absurdity of accusations made against him, Colin chooses to fight back. But with the infamous Pacifique Muamba as his opponent, the game he began might be tougher than expected... Meanwhile, outside the cell and unbeknownst to the young British diplomat, another, bigger game is at play.

Born as a Rapid Write Response for London’s Theatre 503 and inspired by events in various countries, the first completed draft was long listed for Theatre 503's 2016 Playwriting Award. The script was then developed further through a scratch excerpt performance at The Rose Playhouse and 3 days of R&D preceding a rehearsed reading at the Actors Centre.
